Any legal matters incumbent upon www.caiba.es shall be covered by Spanish law, the Courts and Tribunals of Paterna (Valencia, Spain) being authorized to resolve any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website. These Conditions of Use shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish Law. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Conditions of Use, CAIBA S.A. and the User shall expressly relinquish any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled and subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile. In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, he/she shall expressly relinquish any other jurisdiction to which he/she may be entitled and shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Paterna (Valencia, Spain).

CAIBA S.A. undertakes to keep all the data provided by our Users in the strictest confidence and not to supply it to third parties, in accordance with the principles of the Protection of Personal Data Act (Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December 1999). In accordance with this Law and in order to guarantee the protection and privacy of personal data, CAIBA S.A. advises users that the personal details they provide will be added to a database owned by the company and registered with the Data Protection Agency. These personal details will be used exclusively for the purposes described in the form completed by Users.
