Our management model allows us to minimise our impact on the environment

We know that things can always be improved, so we have taken on specialised management models so that our activity can reduce its impact.

We place our focus on the amount of material used and on its reuse, on the origin of the energy that we consume and on the carbon footprint that we generate. We act in a way to constantly improve.

We choose the safest materials that are easiest to recycle and reduce the amounts used

We use PET, rPET, PE, PP, polymers that offer the resistance needed for our packaging and increase food safety. All of these are easily recyclable materials.

We redesign our products, applying the principles of eco-design. For this reason, in the last five years we have reduced the average weight of our packaging by 10%, thus saving over 7,000 tonnes of virgin material.

We offer all of our customers the possibility of incorporating recycled materials into their packaging. For this reason, each year we convert over 6,000 tonnes of plastic from other packaging into new packaging.

When we work with virgin material, we take care of recycling the waste. In just one year, we can recover almost 200 tonnes of material.

We set up next to our clients in order to save up to 90% on transport and packaging and drastically reduce the carbon footprint.

The in-house plants that contribute towards reducing transport.
The use of recycled materials.

Towards self-consumption of energy

We are working so that a significant portion of the energy required by our production comes from renewable sources

At our plant in Alcalá la Real (Jaén), in 2022 we inaugurated a solar panel plant that covers the industrial roof.

In Ribarroja (Valencia) and Retamosa (Toledo), we are also developing similar projects for this same purpose.

ISO 14001

We have implemented and certified the ISO 14001 management system through which we commit to continuously fight for the environment.

ISO 50001

The ISO 50001 system allows us to track and monitor energy consumption in each independent process; thus allowing us to consider proposals for improvement.

We use the ISO 14064 standard to calculate the carbon footprint in our products and thus work on limiting greenhouse gases.
